Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems Training Course Offered Virtually

The Offices of Guam Homeland Security and Civil Defense (GHS/OCD), in coordination with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Region IX, will host the New Mexico Tech “Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (CUAS)” virtually.

The CUAS course is offered at no cost to eligible participants and is meant to provide first responders and emergency managers with the knowledge and tools necessary to detect, identify, track, assess, respond and report UAS activity. Participants will be presented with information on the current UAS terrorist and criminal threat, technology, and analog and electronic detection techniques.

Attendees for this course include emergency management personnel, first responders, law enforcement, fire service, security directors and managers.
