Fire Weather Watch in Effect Beginning Friday Morning; Outdoor Burning is Not Recommended

The National Weather Service (NWS) Guam Weather Forecast Office advised gusty winds and dry conditions will cause high fire threat.

fire weather watch is in effect from Friday morning through Sunday afternoon for Guam. East winds of 25 to 30 mph, with gusts to 40 mph possible, and humidity at 50 to 60 percent during the day are expected. Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
