Winds will be higher in steep terrain. The community is advised to use caution when driving, especially if operating a high-profile vehicle. Secure loose outdoor objects as gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.

small craft advisory remains in effect until 6 a.m. Tuesday. East winds of 20 to 25 knots and seas of 9 to 12 feet are expected. Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
