The National Weather Service (NWS) Guam Weather Forecast Office maintains a flash flood warning in effect for Guam until 2 p.m. this afternoon. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are possible across Guam. The southern part of Guam remains a concern due to river systems and hilly terrain.
