The National Weather Service (NWS), Weather Forecast Office Guam, has issued the following advisories:

short-term forecast has been issued for Guam and Guam coastal waters. Through 5:30 a.m., scattered showers and thunderstorms will bring locally heavy rain, wind gusts to 30 mph, and occasional cloud-to-ground lightning to Guam and adjacent coastal waters. If driving, be alert for low visibilities and brief flooding of roads. Boaters are advised to be alert for strong wind gusts up to 30 knots. Seek shelter is lightning is seen or thunder is heard.
