NWS Issues Small Craft Advisory for the Marianas

The National Weather Service (NWS) - Guam Weather Forecast Office issued a small craft advisory for Guam, Rota, Tinian, and Saipan coastal waters, in effect until 6 a.m. Wednesday. East winds of 15 to 25 knots and seas as high as 8 feet will produce hazardous conditions for operators of small craft.
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels, should avoid sailing in these conditions.
